PB & Chocolate Shake
This is one of my favorite treats. I make this all of the time. When I thought about going 100% plant based, I thought the hardest thing to give up would be dairy foods. I just started leaving out 1 thing at a time and eventually I got to a point when I had no more dairy in my diet. I realized that there are many amazing foods that are plant based.
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
Blend until smooth.
Add 1 frozen banana and blend again until smooth. If it isn’t sweet enough, add some pure maple syrup or stevia.
