Brownies
1 1/3 cups applesauce
1/2 cup natural Nut Butter
2 Tablespoons nut milk
1 cup cocoa powder
4 T energy egg replacer + 1 cup water or 8T Flax + 1 1/2 cups of water
4 cups sugar
1 t salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 T Vanilla
1 cup nuts ( optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Add applesauce and peanut butter to mixing bowl and mix. Add the cocoa and egg replacer and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until incorporated. Pour into a jelly roll pan with a silicone mat, parchment paper or spray the pan. Bake at 350 for 29-32. Don’t overbake.
