Plant based, oil free, dairy free
I love Fall and pumpkin and lots of things with this season of the year! These are fantastic and so simple and even a healthy treat!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 Tablespoons unsweetened plant based milk
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Mix together the wet ingredients and the sugar.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine the wet and dry together. Bake for 10 minutes.
