- 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Blend 1st three ingredients then add frozen fruit.
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- add a little ice if it isn’t thick enough
- Blend until smooth
- You want to make this pretty thick for the bowl.
Put the smoothie into the bowl and then top with:
- Granola (see my recipe on my blog)
- berries (fresh or frozen)
- banana slices
- coconut
- seeds
