Chocolate Berry Smoothie Bowl

Chocolate Berry Smoothie Bowl
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Blend 1st three ingredients then add frozen fruit.
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • add a little ice if it isn’t thick enough
  • Blend until smooth
  • You want to make this pretty thick for the bowl.

Put the smoothie into the bowl and then top with:

  • Granola (see my recipe on my blog)
  • berries (fresh or frozen)
  • banana slices
  • coconut
  • seeds
