Ingredients
- 3 cups full fat coconut milk
- 3/4 cup raw whole cashews
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- 1. chill ice cream container
- 2. soak cashews especially if you don’t have a high powered blender
- 3. Put all ingredients into blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
- 4, Pour it into the ice cream maker bucket and chill
Note: For Vanilla version just leave out the lemon juice.
