Hot Fudge

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the first 3 ingredients together in the blender.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes and then remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in the coconut butter and vanilla.
  4. Allow the sauce to cool for 20 minutes.
  5. Store in the refrigerator. Can be served cold or hot.
