Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 handfuls of spinach
Blend for 90 seconds until smooth.
- 1/2 -1 cup tropical frozen fruit
- 1 frozen banana
Blend until smooth. That is it. This is so fresh and filling and it feels good getting greens in first thing in the morning. The tropical fruit and coconut milk make such a great flavor combination and pina colada taste. You can start with less spinach if you are new to “green” smoothies.
