- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 Tablespoons rolled oats
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 handful spinach
Place all of ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. (optional) You can then add some ice or frozen banana to thicken and blend.
